This is a reminder to update/fill out the emergency information (including permission for Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or Tums) in the system for your child. The information needs to be entered into the system via your Skyward Family Access. Please complete this important information as soon as possible. If your child was a student in the district last year, you will need to simply look over the information, update any fields that may have changed, and type in the date that the form was filled out. If you do not have Skyward Family Access, please contact the school that your child attends, so that we can help you to obtain access or provide a form for this service. Directions for filling out the Emergency Card are available below.
