Technology Assistance:

  • District Issued Devices:  If you are having issues with a device loaned to you by Brentwood Borough School District, please (1) refer to the information sheets you received upon device pick-up and (2) email [email protected]. A copy of the Chromebook guide can be found at the top of this page.
All Students K-12 utilizing a District-Issued Chromebook will need to log in using their District username and password. The format is as follows:   Username:  [email protected] Password: bbsd and student ID#  (example: bbsd12345)
  • Internet:  If you are having trouble connecting to the internet, a possible solution is to reset your in-home router or call your Internet service provider.  Also, a simple restart of the computer or device may also help. Please ensure that you are typing your network password correctly as these are case-sensitive.
  • Internet @ Home:  The Brentwood Borough School District realizes that not every family has access to the internet at home.  For those who wish to pursue internet connectivity at their home at low-to-no cost, please click here for more information.
  • Resources/Links Provided By Teachers:  If at any time your student has trouble accessing a link or resource provided by the teacher, please contact that teacher for assistance by email FIRST, prior to contacting Technology Services.
