The Brentwood Borough School District no longer accepts paper use of facility requests. Applicants will have to register as a community user and then after your registration request has been approved you can log onto the website and submit requests for use of the facility. Go to the link immediately below this and create a new account: https://www.communityuse.com/default.asp?acctnum=495715840
You will see the following page. In the upper right-hand corner (where it says Welcome Guest), click on "Log in to Request Facility." Where it says "Don't have an account. Create one" - click on "Create One" to create your account.
Then follow the steps for the Community Request guide (below). Once you have registered, we will receive a notice and will have to authorize you as a community use requester. Once that is done, you can follow the guide below to enter dates for using the facility (we would recommend bookmarking the link so that you can log in again in the future - also make note of your login name and password for future use).
