Elroy Elementary has a school-wide Title I program. As part of our program we operate reading rooms in first and second grades. The reading rooms provide small group reading instruction to students who are in need of additional reading supports. Students are recommended for the reading room based on multiple pieces of data including benchmark assessment scores and classroom performance. In addition to the reading rooms, reading supports are provided during Response to Intervention and Instruction (RtII) periods in kindergarten and third through fifth grade.
