Dear Brentwood Families, Influenza causes more hospitalizations among young children than any other vaccine-preventable disease. The single best way to protect against seasonal flu and its potential severe complications is for children to get a seasonal influenza vaccine each year. Flu vaccination is recommended for all children aged 6 months and older. Making healthy choices at school and at home can help prevent the flu and spreading flu to others. A flu vaccine clinic will be held on Monday, October 25, 2021, for students and their families. The clinic will begin at 4:00 pm and will be held at the high school Auditorium. You must preregister with the link below:https://book.appointment-plus.com/d2yy1vz4/?employee_id=801The links to register will expire on Sunday, October 17, 2021. The links work best in Google Chrome. If you are registering multiple individuals, be sure to logout between appointments. The logout button can be found in the top right-hand corner of the screen after your first appointment is made, under the newly registered patient's name. If you do not logout, you will be creating duplicate appointments for the same person.
