Middle school is a pivotal time for students to recognize their individual skills, interests, and abilities and relate them to career exploration, high school course selection, and post-secondary education and planning.
The middle school counseling program uses Naviance, an online career development program, to help students make connections about themselves as individuals and their career goals. Naviance allows students to complete career and personality assessments; explore careers and their respective clusters; and make connections between careers and necessary education.
